Aszeal subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before your next renewal by using an available cancellation method or emailing hello@aszeal.com from the email associated with your subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Your subscription will not renew after that date.
Except where required by law, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins, and Aszeal does not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused days or unused included minutes. Valid usage-based or overage charges incurred before cancellation remain payable.
If you believe you were charged twice or charged incorrectly, contact hello@aszeal.com. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected or refunded.
